 STANDARD FEATURES OF OUR SHEDS

  • We build the shed using a wood floor   which we supply. We can also build on a concrete pad which the customer must supply using our dimensions .

  • -   6- 12       12 inch x 12 inch patio stones spaced to evenly distribute the weight of the building.
    -  2x6 pressure treated runners on top of stones
    -  pressure treated 2x4 rim joists and spruce 2x4 floor joists on top of 2x6 runners.
    -  5/8  OSB floor sheathing ( can be upgraded to prostruct or plywood.)

  • -  Standard height is 6 ft.
    -  2x4 wall frame ,  24 inches on centre. ( can be upgraded to 16 inches on centre.)
    -  Engineered 8" oc pre primed siding.

  • Roof joists are 2x4,  24 inches on centre with  1/2 inch OSB Sheathing.
    -  25 yr Asphalt shingles , (black or brown)
